Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends related to collaboration and project management tools.
- Analyze competitors offering similar products and gather insights to enhance Bitrix24's competitive advantage.
- Generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients interested in implementing Bitrix24 for their business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding product updates, features, and enhancements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Bitrix24's features and benefits.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency.
